Very clean

Our flight was late so we called to let them know we would be arriving shortly. Earlie I received an email to do online check in but was going to wait because it said if you plan on using a different card than the one on file, I would need to wait or the card on file would be charged. So I chose to wait because we were going to use my husbands card. The clerk checked us in without even being asked to do so, or asking if we wanted her to check us in. Wen she said you're checked in I said wait.. no don't do that because I don't want the card on file to be charged I will be using a different card, but she had already ran it. She was rude and not accommodating what so ever on the phone so I just hung up. When we arrived I was so tired and didn't feel like dealing with it so we got our keys and went to our room. So besides the check in with the front desk clerk fiasco, it was good. The beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly and it was clean

Мне дали комнату с видом на козырек крыши и и окна не открывались. Окна глухо зашторенны. Шум от дождя по козырьку. Когда я делал check in, то отель не был загруженный и могли бы дать комнату с другим видом, но это не было сделано. Конечно я был заная на работе и приходил только спать в номер, но остался вопрос. А сами то они жили бы в этом номере-коробке 4 дня?
