Arrived at the Hotel at night and after spending quiet some time trying to figure out what entrance is the closest to our Room, as I stepped out my car in found my Foot inside a large PUDDLE, ruined my only pair of shoes I brought for the trip. Thank you Hyatt for wetting and ruining my $600 pair of shoes and ruining my night.

Maintain your parking lot, and maybe add signs so people can park closer to there Rooms 🤦‍♂️

The hotel rooms are old. The carpet is dirty. The furniture is old and it needs to be replaced, ASAP!! The rooms need to be painted.

I stayed at the hotel from November 14 to November 16, 2025, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel's location is great, with plenty of food options and shopping nearby. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay more enjoyable. I booked the One Bedroom King Conference Suite, which was clean and well-maintained. The kitchenette was also tidy, and I found the bedding to be comfortable. The conference table, equipped with four chairs, was ideal for holding meetings, and everything in the room functioned perfectly. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, although I did request early check-in. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, but I was pleased that the hotel waived the early check-in fee. The restaurant at the hotel is seasonal, so verify its hours if you plan to dine there. One aspect to note is the daily parking fee of $15 per car. While I was happy with my overall stay, I encountered a minor issue with noise. My room was located directly across from a meeting room where a church service was held throughout my stay. The events ran from around 7 am to 8 pm, which created some challenges for my Zoom meetings scheduled between 3 pm and 5 pm, especially with gatherings occurring in the hallway right outside my door. I don't fault the hotel, it was a planned rental for their meeting space. In the future, I would kindly request a room away from the meeting spaces to ensure a quieter experience. Despite this, the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent staff made my stay enjoyable, and I certainly plan to return.

The hotel is clean but the rooms need updating. The parking fee was ridiculous for parking in the hotel lot. As a Hyatt member I was insulted to have to pay. The hotel staff was welcoming and the cleaning staff was excellent.

Was very clean close to most restaurants and shopping center very comfortable and breakfast was great

My only problem was the parking which u had to pay for three day was a bit pricey which actually would make me not use this property again
