"When you hear the word Hilton you expect quality."

Location was OK..

We had cold water for a shower.. I mean literally cold water and we had no time to complain because we had to get on the ship early in the morning . Hotel hallways were hot. The continental breakfast was horrible. I mean, we don’t expect the taste like we cook at home, but this had no taste at all. Just tastes like instant everything but nasty. They put us in a room with accessibilities. Or maybe that was the only thing left I don’t know, but we’re not old. The check in wasn’t as friendly, it was just transactional.
