The front desk staff (Jennifer) were welcoming, professional, and had everything ready within minutes, which made a great first impression after a long day of travel. As a loyalty member, I truly appreciated the extra attention to detail. The member services team (Ramona) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I received a warm acknowledgment of my membership status, a complimentary room upgrade (as requested), and clear information about available benefits. It really felt like they valued their members. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of efficient check-in, attentive member services, and excellent hospitality made this visit exceptional. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to both regular guests and loyalty members looking for a comfortable and rewarding stay. Will definitely go back and 101% recommended!

Clean , warm , lots of fresh air, pleasant staff , always there with warm welcome. Professional booking, no problems, no hassle. Handle like a pro that knew what they doing. Only issue was booked room for two nights but second night door key failed us to open door. Not sure why they made us go back to front Desk to get new key for room to enter. Is this the practice for every day? Just give guest a heads up if this is the case . As a bit of a bother to go back to desk and then return to eat cold food cause of 15: minutes delay for entering room which in my opinion should have been took care of a pond payment of Two nights stay.

There was plenty of snow and doors were just closed off instead of clearing the door way of snow and salted
