The Staff were lovely and even let us check in early. The beds were very very comfortable. My daughters loved the pool!

It could have had microwaves in the room rather than in the hallways.

As seniors, we enjoy the oeace and quiet of this resort Shops, cinemas and eating places are nearby. Walking trails and parks likewise.

This was not your typical resort. We were in a building where the first four floors were part of a retirement home and the top two floors were the resort rooms. Our studio room was clean, newly renovated and very sparse. There was a closet, tv, king bed, two night stands, two club chairs and a very tiny table. It did not feel like you were staying at a resort. The unit had one hotel sized window and nothing on the walls, not even a mirror in the entrance way. It felt incomplete, empty and very clinical. When we booked the unit we were told there was no kitchen so we brought our own dishes and a cooler. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave and coffee machine, but disappointed that the cupboards were empty and had no dishes or cutlery. It felt like they had put us in a room that was unfinished. Upon arrival we had to pay an additional amenities fee. The next day when we went back and asked what amenities were available the gentleman at the desk said that there were no amenities, only a pool and workout room. Not sure why we were charged the amenities fee when hotels have a pool and workout room with no additional fee. The pool, which was in a different building, was warm with a large hot tub. You had to book a time to use the pool as they limited the number of people. If you are looking for a resort stay, this is not the place. If you are only looking for a clean room to sleep in, then this will meet your needs.
