Appalachian Hotel

The hotel is convenient.

Hotel was nice and quiet I travelled with newborn baby when we arrived was greeted by the front desk staff she was very warm and welcoming. Loved it so much will be going back the following weekend

Room looked clean but smelled strongly of mold and mildew. Musty like a severe water leak on the carpet that was never properly fixed

It was very welcoming

Beautiful hotel, my best stay this year! I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

The only thing clean were the sheets (thank God!). The tub/shower was filthy and cracked, the tiny frig in the room didn’t get very cold and the air conditioner/heater had to be left on low because it rattled so loudly on high. Breakfast was also poor. Great location, served our purpose but disappointing.

Tub did not have a stopper, staff at desk could not help other than say they could move my room.

Good and clean

This is an older hotel that is clean for a place to sleep, They do offer a free continental breakfast but it is very limited. It was once a high end hotel that TLC could be a bery nice place . we will stay here again if we are needing a place to have a clean place to sleep

Room was gross. Bathroom had black mold on the walls above the shower ans no exhaust vent. There were obviously accumulation of dirt and body hair on all corners of the bathroom. The TV turned on but no cable waa hooked up regardless of input selection. Toilet had a ring of mold. Our ice bucket had mold in it. Woke up with bites. Gave the front desk a list of issues. They simply changed the ice bucket out.
