Taxe de la ville Rien à voir avec l hôtel mais la taxe de séjour à 4.55 € pour dormir à Cergy, un peu cher!

Taxe de Séjour beaucoup trop cher! Faut se plaindre auprès de la mairie en tant que hôtelier c'est une arnaque pour les JO maintenant c'est terminé !

les chambres ne sont pas bien équipées il n'y a pas des frigos, pas de coffre-fort, pas de micro-ondes et le petit déjeuner est trop basique...

Chambre confortable, salle de bains propre et agréable.

J'ai signalé qu'il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, la dame qui était à l'accueil le jeudi matin m'a dit qu'elle ferait le nécessaire. Mais, rien n'a été fait. De plus, les gobelets ayant servi à boire de la tisane n'ont pas été remplacés et il n'y a pas eu fourniture d'autres sachets de tisane
