We stayed here for a girls’ weekend in Melbourne and were really impressed. The hotel offered fantastic value for money and the location made it super easy to get around the city.

The only downside was that the pool was quite cold, which was a bit disappointing, but the spa more than made up for it — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

-Reception did not respond to calls made from the room. -not enough towels. -Poor water pressure. -Bathtub had very dirty drainage. -Balcony was not clean. -living room couch was hard. -windows do not have sound isolation. You can hear everything going on in the street despite being on the eighth floor.
