"Good"

The property is within walking distance of the university campus. The area feels very safe and quiet. The building it’s clean overall all but the suite that we got needs updating. The kitchen appliances are old and some are broken, the cabinets feel sticky. The shower had mold. The tissues box and tissues were wet. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. The staff was very polite and helpful.

1. General cleanliness 2. Well furnished with kitchen amenities in room 3. Good location

1. Poor customer experience - Staff asked us to shift to another room at 10pm because he allotted us incorrect room (later agreed for shifting next day morning) 2. Poor breakfast spread - no fruits or yogurt. The limited items on offer were running out with delayed replenishments. We had to skip poor breakfast at hotel and have outside at own expense. 3. It was informed that housekeeping is done alternate day, but no housekeeping done during 3 day stay in 402

Check in was quick, efficient and friendly staff. Everything was clean. Room was great! Whole place seemed quiet. Location was in a busy area but we were not bothered by any traffic noise. Walking distance to a nice restaurant and convenience store. Great breakfast with hot food items.

The hotel is right near the center of town for all of the bits and pieces that locals would like. Mostly food, but also some of the attraction areas, and the bar/grills downtown at night.
