"The stay was great in spite of no free breakfast."

It was convenient, clean, and staff were pleasant and helpful.

I miss the free breakfasts. Nowadays motels charge for breakfast. The cost of rooms has gone up. You really have to shop around.

"Rude Front Desk Manager"

We originally checked in at their Sister hotel, the Holiday Inn express/suites, there was an issue with the room (ants) so they sent us over to this Holiday Inn Boise airport. The front desk person, Josie -Front Desk Manager , was extremely rude. I asked if we were going to get the same rate and she just started firing back at me. I even told her, I am not being confrontational, I’m simply asking. Other than that, the room was very nice and very clean. The next morning, checking out, there were different staff at the front desk and they were all very friendly and very nice. Josie does not project a very positive image for your hotel.
