"Great hotel to stay at when passing through Boise."

The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a great location. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will again when passing through Boise. I ate at the restaurant and the service and food was great.

We showed up exhausted and was met with Andrea’s friendly and very service attitude. What a delight to have someone so eager to please. She does a great job and makes you want to return and recommend to others.

The staff was super helpful and nice! The room I got was comfortable and clean except for one little thing but other than that my stay was excellent. Was really quiet. The hot tub was cozy. The paid breakfast was better than average. Applebees was within walking distance roughly 3 minutes. I just wish the pillows were a bit more firmer.

The room was great for the price, The only two things that were a bit of a let down were 1) no waste bin in the bathroom (that’s a first for me), and 2) no hairdryer in the room, and neither front desk nor housekeeping were picking up so I had to go to the desk to request one. It was then delivered quickly.

Location, size of room

No bedding in room for hide a bed. Tried calling front desk, housekeeping, etc, multiple times. Went to front desk to ask. Young man that “helped me” didn’t say much, maybe not even a word and started walking away from me. I assumed I was to follow him. Followed him and received bedding. No words or anything courteous, no I’m sorry you have been calling front desk. Nothing.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a last minute booking at 10 pm and they got us checked in super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Julia ( serving breakfast) was really friendly and really helped get our morning off to a great start.

It was a nice stay the only problem was there was a church retreat going on and we were in the room next to the conference room were they were singing and stuff at 8am when we arrr sleeping
