Pleasantly surprised by how helpful staff was with a tv remote issue. Which later turned out to the wireless sensor hidden behind tv. We were there for a bike riding event and they prepared a snack bag for guest to enjoy after the ride because we usually don't eat before the ride.

The ac worked but the room was abit humid.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed

Breakfast was horrible. Biscuits were old. Toaster burned the bread. Only one staff member visible in kitchen area and was not friendly. Choice of food slim.You could do better.

We found cockroaches in the room, there was no black out blind just a sheer one and the facial wipe in the bathroom was moldy

"Terrible stay"

Construction going on, pool was not available to use. Disappointed kids on spring break. In the morning only one person was working and food took a long time to be ready. They served green bananas and frozen hard boiled eggs.

"Just good for what was needed this time."

Location was very good. Easy access to the interstate and easy to navigate around the city. Breakfast was good.

Just disappointed that we weren’t able to utilize the just renovated dining room for breakfast. Very nice , cheerful modern dining area, but breakfast wasn’t in that designated area. Wasn’t aware when making reservation that the dining area was being renovated,made aware by the sign apologizing about it on arrival to check in. That’s not good.

"Stress Relief"

We had an overnight stay for a bereavement trip. Jennifer, the evening clerk, was very helpful. I had not been able to specify when I booked but we needed a shower rather than a tub. She actually went upstairs to check a room to verify it had a walk-in shower. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Hampton Inn was a good place for us to take a break from our stressors.

"Poor customer service"

I was not able to get a rate for a room. They said they have rooms available but they can’t give me a rate or book for my stay. I suggest to just step in, and get a room for me and my family but the person said she won’t be able to do that for me. So bad experience
