When you think of a beautiful bed & breakfast...this is it ,inside & out. A lot attention to detail. Breakfast was presented beautifully and was delicious. Across the street was a private small beach, perfect for peaceful time.

Nice B&B, close to beach, Greenport, Southold and all the sights that the North Fork has to offer. Close to ferries, Shelter Island, wineries, farm and truck stands. Beautiful gardens, private access to nice Sound Beach albeit across a busy and noisy two lane highway, great pond for kayaking (in B&B provided kayaks) across the quiet and lovely tree-lined side street with private access down to pond. The most incredible breakfast feasts ever, served promptly at nine am so a chance to meet four other couples in the full five bedroom historic home. Marilyn, our host, and her staff were charming, efficient and engaging. An all out positive experience, no holds barred.
