Love having a kitchen, staff is very nice, units are clean

The cooking supplies and dishes in the kitchen are very inconsistent. We have stayed here several times and sometimes there are plenty of forks/knives/spoons and other times there is 1 spoon, 3 forks and no knives. Cooking utensils are the same. You might get a small pot and a frying pan or a huge stock pot and a sheet pan.

"Great location but needs a refurb"

Location, two bedroom suites

Lack of daily housekeeping. Out of seven days, the rooms were only cleaned twice, and the second time was when we requested it. The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The bath plug was obviously blocked as I stood in water up to my ankles when I had a shower
