Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago Theatre District

I can’t recommend the Hampton Inn Majestic enough. It is easily one of the best-run hotels in Chicago. The breakfast is a major highlight—everything was fresh. Unlike many city hotels that struggle with the morning rush, the staff here kept every item perfectly stocked and the entire dining area spotlessly clean. It made for a seamless, stress-free start to every day. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service with a smile and Good Morning! I'm not normally a morning person until coffee is in hand, but Miss Kay is awesome, sets the tone, and brightens the entire area with positivity. I will be back again and hope the same staff is here!

Everything and more you expect from a Hampton stay! Breakfast A++ , I had read reviews and heard of Robin and Michael, sure enough they were both there when checking in. There was an issue of no eye makeup remover but Michael stepped up and provided what I needed for my stay right away!! I think he literally ordered some from a store and had it delivered to my room. You ladies know how important this is. My king bed was so comfortable and the hvac system worked perfectly which is important for a good nights sleep. Location also perfect. Two last shout outs. I don’t know their names but the two gentlemen that worked the morning desk in the suit and ties hit the mark of excellence! AND the room was impeccably clean. That’s my 5 star review.

Stayed 2 nights. The room was a nice size with huge windows very clean and bath recently updated. Close to Chicago theatre and restaurants. Free breakfast a big plus. Front desk was fabulous. Will definitely return Thx Robyn for your help at check out

$25 to check in before 4pm and $45 to check out late (1pm requested) was just too much given that the room was cleaned and available at check-in as we were checking out the afternoon the hotel was not booked out for the following night.

This hotel has an excellent breakfast, friendly staff, large rooms! It is very close to the CTA blue line from Ohare Airport.

Wonderful stay. Early check-in policy seemed odd. We were charged, but friends were not. We didn’t say anything, but wish it would have been consistent. Breakfast with Ms. Kay was phenomenal! She took great care of us and the food was wonderful.

The room’s are very clean and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast is really good and I’m impressed to find a hotel at this price and quality! Kay came around to make sure everyone was doing well during breakfast and was so nice! I would definitely come here again.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and food was restocked quickly. Room was really clean and comfortable. Would come back!
