Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago Theatre District

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, check-in was until midnight

I liked that the hotel has cruelty-free products, the breakfast every day was delicious and the staff was always very kind and friendly, the room was always clean and warm. They have the option of a water dispenser.

We arrived at midnight too tired, It was raining and too cold. I asked about if there was any additional cost to take the hot water she said yes, so we decided not to take it; and the next day another girl told us the hot water was complementary and we shouldn't pay any additional cost.

Géographiquement, on ne peut mieux faire, tout est à portée, à pieds ou bien via les deux lignes de métro toutes proches. Personnel au top, propreté au top. Déjeuné de qualité, varié et frais !

Si je dois émettre un petit aspect négatif, le prix mais l’endroit est vraiment au top

Hotel less grand than I expected but still good. Room was quiet.

Breakfast was disappointing. I don't like having paper cups, plates and cutlery.

Easy access from the train station. Good rooms. Most importantly all of the staff were excellent.

Location was AMAZING!

Elevators were a bit slow

Loved the location, close to train station ( but not walkable for me as an older person.) Close by is a Target and some shopping, a few restaurants and next door was the Majestic Theatre where I saw a production. So wonderful to walk next door and back. The room was standard nice. A very comfortable bed, linens, towels. I'm so glad I stayed here and would come again. I liked the meeting/checkin/lounge area. Nice to have coffee, tea and breakfast. If you stay here go to the Italian Village just a few blocks. Amazing food, very special. The area around the hotel seemed safe. I walked in the evening by myself without any worries.
