I travel frequently for work and stay at hotels across the U.S., but after this stay, I wouldn’t return. While the lack of AC wasn’t an issue for me, the room was uncomfortably hot upon arrival and had no fan available. The in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t contact the front desk. The room had a patio, but there was no furniture to enjoy it. For the price—$300 per night—I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee provided. Parking was an additional $30, which would be fine if it were valet or fully covered, but it was neither. The biggest disappointment was the outdoor hot tub. After a long day, I went to relax in it, but the chemical levels were so strong they burned my eyes. When I got back to my room and showered, I noticed a rash on my knee and thigh, which I believe was caused by excessive chlorine or bromine.

They clip you for parking and to bring a pet along increasing the price by about 40%

The stay experience and hotel were really good. The carpet and furniture were a little old and needed an update. But they had late night music in the lobby and were really helpful in booking an extra day!

Decent room, comfy bed and pillows. Patio dirty, no chairs. Nice gym. Everything comes with a fee, even the coffee in AM was $3/cup and we weren’t told that - and there are resort plus parking fees additionally. Our room didn’t get cleaned then we learned you have to request it or nothing is freshened or replaced. Also not informed of that. Little surprises like that aren’t so nice. Surrounding area is beautiful, and the trails are wonderful, but the hotel is pricey for what you get.

In need of refurbishment

There are great views from the rooms with balconies, it would’ve been nice with a couple chairs and a table out there

This is a poor value for the money. It's old, dark and gloomy for its rate. Then they hit you with a $30 resort fee and resort fee tax of almost 30% plus $30 per night to park in the garage. Not much was open in the "resort" area and the service in those two places was terrible. One patron even refusee to tip it was so bad.

Their Hot Tub gave both of us rashes that we are still suffering with a week later. We asked them to have a doctor look at our skin before we left but they refused to take any responsibility or help us.
