Worst value for money I’ve ever experienced in my life... what in the hell is this bizarre place? Some type of cross between an assisted living facility and a business centre

Great hotel but far from city. Its expensive to get a cab/uber into the city.

I arrived at the hotel only to find that they were overbooked for the first night of my 2 night stay. They said they had tried to contact me but I had had no emails nor any missed calls. The reason given was that people who were already staying there wanted to stay an extra night! The hotel staff were not apologetic. I was very disappointed by their whole attitude and would not stay there again even if I have to attend another course there. I would rather stay at the hotel (Martins Grande) they sent me to as that was better than the second night where they actually honoured my booking.

Beautiful ammenities, very busy hotel but the parking was way out of the way but overall we had an amazing time.

We've stayed here many times. The setting can't be beat, surrounded by beautiful Forest and just a short walk away from le château de la Hulpe.

Nice place, very spacious and modern. Unfortunately no breakfast buffet.

Terrible - we left without staying a single night because of the cleanliness of the room (as well as the peeling paint, coffee stains on the wall and stained curtains). Receptionist (Cami) was rude and unhelpful. Hotel insisted on charging for room even though the manager admitted it was below par.

Hello. As discussed with the Food and Beverage Manager on the day of departure, the Argan restaurant was highlighted as the main restaurant to us. This did ring true as the menu reflected main stream offerings in relation to food. My family are keen on basic food so this was ideal. From the day of arrival the restaurant was closed either for group business events or just closed for the day off which I find bizzare. If I was informed this would be closed I would not have stayed there. The rest of the hotel was absolutely fine and matched the standard expected. Kind regards, Scott

The service was very good, as was the location. I was however surprised to see that a highly starred hotel did not offer any complementary water in the rooms and that you had to purchase it at 9EUR the liter of bottled water. No accessoires are offered in the bathroom either and the reception did not provide any cotton pads to remove make-up. I think this is part of the basics and especially water should be provided for free like in every other hotel.
