We were well pleased with the hotel, thank you, the staff were very good and help full.

Amazing place set in forest, good big rooms with a wall of windows, however drinks very pricey and the only restaurant open to the public was no good for children so we had to eat out the three nights we stayed. pool got well used but as it was in the 30 degrees plus an outdoor pool would be ideal.

It was our second time in your hotel and we enjoyed it just as much this time as the first time. It is a very comfortable and quiet hotel and with beautiful surroundings.

Excellent attentive staff, but add ons were expensive

Overall a nice hotel. Primary focus is meetings and conventions but a nice property if the location works for you.

Excellent service. More flexibility with check out times would have been preferred especially as the workshop was still running on the last day making it difficult for international visitors

the room was big enough and clean . don't take your breakfast there too expensive and not very tasty. The office desk was awfull Long time to wate , then the reservation wasn't clear : they ask me to pay but it was already done , they want me to pay the mini bar but it was include in the reservation etc.. so it wasn't very pleasant at first meeting .

Clean hotel, staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable and area is very relaxing. You need a car, not a problem for us since we had rented one to travel. You don't have to pay a high tourist tax, one reason we stayed at this hotel. It is only about 10 minutes from Brussels by car. Free parking was a good thing, since you usually pay 25-35 euro a day inside Brussels city limits. Internet was free and fast. We didn't eat or drink anything in the hotel, thought it was over priced. Plus, I like finding local area restaurants anyway, cheaper and just as good. We brought our own coke and water into the room since the mini bar was expensive, we just emptied it and put our stuff in it. Beats paying almost $8.00 for a 12 ounce can of coke. I'm not cheap, but I don't like throwing my money away. There are grocery stores 5 minutes from the hotel, just take 15 minutes to get a few things and you are set. I travel a lot, so I like to cut corners on that kind of stuff. The pool, sauna and gym are free, so take advantage, it is small, but does the trick. We had a small problem with the shower and they had it fixed within 30 minutes. So they make a point to make your stay pleasant. Over all I would stay again, the staff was very nice. They weren't full when we arrived and gave us a free upgrade, wasn't expecting that, so they do try to make you feel welcome and do what they can to make it worth your time to stay with them.
