The Briza Beach Resort, Samui

Fantastic stay at Breeze Beach Resort! Staff were amazing, the room and views were perfect. Even when a small issue came up, Ken and his team fixed it right away. Couldn’t ask for more – highly recommend!

Dirty villas, moldy sunbed mattresses, broken loungers, unsafe pool with algae and cables, and staff ignoring complaints – a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Hotel is super good, spacious room, beautiful gardens and nice spot in front of the sea with amazing view. Ken -hotel manager- welcome us super well in the early morning and treat us amazing the rest of the days, gave us helpful advice making our experiencie here even better. All the staff is also super friendly and caring.

We are an Italian family from Milan, currently staying at The Briza Samui with our two children. After five wonderful days, we’ll be checking out tomorrow and we already know we’ll miss this place! We’re staying in room 101, which is spacious, furnished, clean, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. The staff has been kind, helpful, and ready to assist us with a smile. Although the structure is slightly dated, it’s extremely well maintained. Very good breakfast and Bar/restaurant. The location is really nice, just steps from the sea, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, ideal for families. We highly recommend The Briza Samui to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept resort with good service. We’d love to come back!

Ken and his team gave us such a warm welcome when we arrived early in the morning this week. Ken kindly arranged a delicious breakfast for us and then we spent a short time relaxing by the lovely pool until our room was ready (early). My wife and I stayed at this hotel some years ago. Pre COVID. And, we are so happy to find it just as lovely as we remembered. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so kind, patient and welcoming. Perfect, thank you from the Pike family.

Good staff, good location. Decent place, but very old and very badly maintained. We had a green poll we couldn’t use and a bathroom that barely had any water.

The staff here are amazing. All of them are lovely. They need a greater food and drink selection. Also they really need to knock down the unused huts near the beach area and build an infinity pool with a proper bar area there for bar snacks/dinks. This would pull in a lot of business from the beach. Need to resolve the entry exist points to the beach. The rusty ladder has to be replaced with a better permanent solution!

A very nice hotel right on the beach. About 15mins walk to the larger shopping area around Chaweng but nice and quiet here. There are still a few nice restaurants close by, Blue Turtle at the beach is good and there is a fire show every night. Avoid Your Place, food is horrible and service worse! The actual hotel is good, not luxurious but very comfortable and the staff are all very welcoming. One disappointing thing was with one of our rooms. We had a 2 bed villa but the second bedroom was not nearly as good as the primary one, I had expected them to be the same.

Lovely quieter hotel great for a family stay,, lovely beach and staff. Spacious room was really nice. Pool and pool bar was nice.

Reception building was quite good and we were greeted by friendly staff. We were escorted to our room where we found a room which quite large but very outdated and only matched by the ensuite which was very tired with very low water pressure. Our plunge pool was complimented by green algae on the water line tiles and rotted decking around the pool. Breakfast was quite good and available until 10.30am. Staff were delightful. We enjoyed our stay due to the staff who were generally very helpful and always up for a chat. Moral of the story is, you get what you pay for!
