Breakfast was ok. Yoga with Stephanie was good. Got a refund

We arrived late Tuesday night music night which was fine. We had been travelling 24 hours and I was bombarded just to get my bank card. No privacy. Received a message at the airport asking if we'd like a drink, food on arrival. Nice touch till I got the bill. The room was dark, damp , smelly of sewerage. Asked for room to be cleaned, cleaners, staff not happy I had to go out but cleaning products as the room was bad. Came down in the morning from yoga to be confronted with photos of a spot of blood on the sheet. I was told we would have to pay 3000 BAHT. Again in front of people no privacy. We were never called by our names only as Number 10 our room number. One morning I was stood under reception and I could hear the staff talking badly of us to other residents. After a week if being treated badly we decided to leave. As a yoga place I would expect people to follow the principles of Yoga in their business. For those who aren't used to hill walking this place is definitely not for you. The resort is up a super steep hill. I wish I could add more photos it was dirty.

I spent 10 days there, I wish I could have stayed 10 more. Everything was absolutely perfect, the activities were brilliant, and there's something different (and super cool) to do every day. The team is very friendly, super organised and attentive to your every need. The food was fantastic, and so was the yoga. All in all I highly recommend it!

CC’s Hideaway is one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had the pleasure to be a part of. From the top notch customer service to the excellent and professional tours provided by hotel staff. My favorite tour was 4 elements guided by James Bond. He was very funny and informative while making you feel like you have been lifelong friends. He took amazing pictures of everyone on the trip. James made my experience one of a kind. Thank you CC’s and everyone involved! I will be coming back here the next time I am in Thailand.

I was going between three solo retreats before finally choosing CC’s Hideaway in Phuket — and I couldn’t be more grateful that I did. Though I had been to Thailand before, I had never been to Phuket. I actually booked this retreat last minute while on my flight there. It was a spontaneous decision, and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever made. I arrived on the day of my birthday, unsure of what to expect, and was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. The staff even surprised me with a dessert plate and candles when I checked in — a gesture that immediately made me feel at home and seen. The retreat itself was incredibly well organized. What stood out to me the most was the variety — from cultural tours and beach outings to yoga, sound healing, meditation, detox, Thai food and remedy workshops, and massage options, there was something new to explore every day. Even when rainy weather caused some changes, the team had thoughtful alternatives lined up. A huge shoutout to James Bond — yes, his name! I was lucky to have him as a guide on two tours, and by the second one, it felt like I was exploring with a friend. He made every moment fun and memorable. Also thank you to Kong, Manee, and Nim for your energy and humor, and to our wonderful drivers Yuan, Sut, Ki, and others who got us around safely and comfortably. As a beginner to yoga, I appreciated how Amy, Stephanie, and Bambi made every session approachable and fun. Special thanks to Stephanie for helping relieve tension in my lower back — I really felt supported, both physically and emotionally, during our sessions. Shoutout to Christina, who led my first-ever meditation session. I did a sound healing session with her, and even though my body felt deeply relaxed, I was still caught up in my head. But the way she guided the session made me want to keep practicing and explore more types of meditation. If only I had met her during my first week — I know I would’ve learned so much more. Christina truly opened a door for me, and I’m so thankful for that. The food was another huge surprise — I expected basic retreat meals but was blown away by the variety and flavors. Thank you to Aur, Fha, Phyo, and the rest of the kitchen staff whose names I didn’t get, for putting so much love into every dish. And shoutout to the efficient and friendly housekeeping staff who kept everything clean and cozy. I honestly felt like CC’s became a home — not just a retreat. I came here to detox mentally and physically, and I got exactly that — and so much more. I built connections not just with other travelers, but with the staff, too. What I thought might be too long of a stay (two weeks) ended up not being long enough. This was my first solo retreat, and it reminded me that solo travel isn’t scary — it’s empowering, and it connects you to both locals and fellow international travelers in beautiful ways. If you’re considering CC’s — don’t hesitate. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned traveler, this place offers a safe space to grow, heal, and connect. This stay was the best beginning of my solo trip! The location, yoga and activities are great. I have met a lot of nice, social and open people and the staff is amazing. A big thanks to Amy, Stephanie and Bambi for the yoga practises and James, Manee and Kanin for the lovely adventures. You are the best! I would highly recommend going to CC's Hideaway.

Best ever trip. Pleasant staff, good value for money, great food, good tour guides, feels good home away from home, enjoyed well. Cristina, nim, kong, james bond, nook, all are helpful. Clean rooms, daily yoga sessions were great. It’s a place where you get everything well designed as a package, hotel takes care of everything, transport, food, tour guides, entertainment, etc. definitely a place to visit again

I came here alone, and I left with a family. All the good things have been said in other reviews so I won't repeat them. My heartfelt thanks to Amy, Stephanie, Thip, Kong (best guide ever), Manie, Bond, and the rest of the staff who made it a truly special experience. Troels, Carina, Cya, Siobhan, Cauren, Kaidi, Annalise, Jeremy, Liann, Danneile, Julia, Megan, Michele, Carlos, Jess, Lauren, Lisa, Mike, Earth ... if you're reading this, thanks for the wonderful memories.

Cute little hotel with the loveliest staff. Room was well appointed with traditional Thai furniture , great art work and cute little pots and decor. The pool area was nice and relaxing with a bit of a breeze which was welcome in the heat. The hotel was very clean and I would highly recommend .
