Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix : les tarifs sont très abordables au vu de la qualité des services proposés. L’établissement est propre, confortable et répond parfaitement aux attentes. Je tiens également à souligner le grand professionnalisme de Murielle à la réception. Ayant oublié ma brosse à dents, je me suis rendu à l’accueil pour demander un kit mis à disposition par l’hôtel. Ne le trouvant pas immédiatement, elle a fait preuve d’une réelle implication en cherchant activement une solution et en s’assurant que je ne manque de rien. Son sens du service et son efficacité ont été particulièrement appréciés. Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel pour son sérieux, son accueil chaleureux et son excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Petit dej au top, emplacement bien situé, agent d'accueil au top. Les chambres sont très bien. Un service intéressant pour les clients. Je recommande l'hôtel

Les chambres pour trois personnes sont mal agencé, alors j'ai décidé de changer de chambre pour un prix un peu plus cher, ce qui n'a pas été appréciable malgré que l'agent as fait tout son possible pour nos chambres. Et je le remercie de son efficacité !

Der Nachtportier war super freundlich und hat sich trotz unserer späten Ankunft hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Wir konnten sogar noch eine Flasche Rosé kaufen, obwohl die Bar schon zu hatte.

Remboursement de pré-autorisation toujours pas exécuté. Écouteur perdu dans la chambre d’hôtel (activer à 12h mais je suis partie à 10h de la chambre) Sinon personnel au top !
