Front desk lady a meth head and super unfriendly racist type

Bathroom in room was filthy, walls were dripping dirt from steam in shower probably from people smoking in there with the vent on. Thermostat didn’t work. Small cockroach found scurrying under the mini fridge. Otherwise room was okay. Bed was semi-firm and comfortable. A chaise in the room was cozy. Microwave was nice to have.

Great staff!!!

For an overnight stay, this place is good. Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and the breakfast was tasty. The place does need updating. Rooms were minimal, single elevator was troublesome, AC didn’t work (fortunately a cool night) and most of the exercise equipment didn’t work. Otherwise, it was ok.

The breakfast was really great with a variety and the bed was comfy

The bathroom needs updated

The room had a smell I asked for a late check out. The young lady say no problem. at 10 o’clock staff member tried to push his way in and I said I asked for a lady to check out and the lady said yes, no problem. Just lack of communication with staff to They went up, trying to open the door way were up, trying of time a communication with other staff about the checkout. Otherwise room was clean.
