2 bedrooms apartment for the price of a hotel room? Sign me up! Staff super nice, facilities nice and very complete including a gym, a pool, and a virtual golfing area. Our kids love the complimentary fruit drinks at the lobby.

가장 큰 문제는 방3개 기존 예약,지불 완료하였고 예약 당일 12시 체크인 완료 후 일찍 도착한관계로 룸 청소 중이라, 도심관광후 키 받으러갔더니 3개 룸 중 1개는 우리가체크인늦어서 방이 없다고함...2개 방 밖에 없고 어쩔수 없다하는 상황 ....일행들과 황당하여1시간 넘게 로비서 컴플레인 후 룸 3개 전부 받게됨...서비스 문제 정도가 아니라 기본상식문제...조식 서비스는 불친절 그자체..룸 시설은 좋음..

価格的には、割安感はないが、ある程度、中国に慣れているなら、部屋の広さや立地など、快適に泊まれる手頃なアパートメントホテルだと思う。また自炊しなくても、それなりのメンテナンスがされていて、清潔感や広さ、明るさもあって十分快適に過ごせると思う。立地的には、地下鉄駅は、そう不便と感じるほどではないが、日本人の感覚では少し遠い。タクシーを利用するなら何ら問題は無い。あるいは自動車利用ができるなら（レンタカーでも）、地理的にも分かりやすい場所だ。ホテル前のロータリーはいつも渋滞するが、エントランスが狭いわけではないので、入りやすい。ホテルの建物も隣接した大きなビルがないため見つけやすい。空港へも、賓江道などの繁華街へも、どこへも行きやすい。自炊するなら、1階には小さな日本食材の揃ったスーパーもあり、言葉が分かるなら、少し離れているが英国系？のスーパーのテスコもある。ホテル前の公園の横にも日系のコンビニがある。部屋もこの価格なら十分すぎるほどの広さで、ゆっくりとできる。スタッフも親切な人が多く、安心感がある。豪華さや高級で丁寧なサービスを求めないなら、またある程度不自由なく行動できるなら（言葉や手配など）、最適なホテルだと思う。特に家族、グループ利用は最適だと思う。

長期滞在や日本食の自炊を望むなら（1階の食料品店はまだ営業しており、食材調達も贅沢を言わなければ、ほぼ揃う。鮮度は期待しないこと）、うってつけのホテルだと思う。今回は、朝食付きではなかったので（手配間違いだったが）、朝昼夜とすべて自炊でまかなった。調理器具、食器は必要最低限が備わり、乾燥機付き洗濯機も重宝した。バスルームとシャワールームが別個にあり、ダイニングスペース、応接スペース、寝室と独立しており、開放感があった。部屋からの眺望も圧迫感がなく、明るく清潔な部屋だった。包丁の切れが悪いこと（これはいつものこと、どの部屋でも）、箸が備わっていないことぐらいが不満なだけだった。それから、このホテルもそうだが、いつも男性スタッフの親切さが変わらない。ロケーションは、土地勘と慣れによると思うが、自動車があれば文句なしだと思う。

.....it looks like a Japanese Hotel We stay in this apartment for 3 night during our September trip to China and I think we are the only non Japanese guest. Even breakfast TV channel, food and staff conversation are in Japanese. Ground floor have some restaurant and pricey Japanese convenience store. However The staff were friendly and attentive, which is surprisingly rare in China. We check-out early morning of 12/9/2013 seated in taxi ready to go to airport. Front desk reception run out and I though we forgot to pay something but instead she handler me a 50 yen note, I have no ideal what's that for. Later I check my email at home and I realize it is for the online voucher. Thank You .

Good location and property. Hotel is very clean and has modern facilities. I was staying in a really nice spacious newly renovated, well equipped apartment. I used the excellent newly renovated swimming pool. They have a very good newly refurbished children’s playroom and on my stay I spoke to another guest using this facility saying it was very good. The Staff were very helpful, courteous and some spoke good English. Good various restaurants, excellent location. Also on the complex is the excellent Si-Tong bar that is very popular for Western guests. Would stay here again no question!!

Good location. This hotel offers many amenities and within the building you can find various shops and restaurants. Very clean apartments and spacious with an excellent kitchen and service. English is widely spoken and the staff are more than willing to help you with any enquires you may have. I was traveling alone but I could see many families’ here and as a family man I would have no problem bringing my family here. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay here on my next visit.

This hotel is more like an aparment with daily cleaning service. The pluses are there are two bedrooms (1 king size bed in the larger room and 1 twin in the smaller room); there is a small kitchen, there is even a nice washer w. drying capability as well (we used it and it worked). So it is more spacious than a normal hotel. It is suitable for a family. The downside is that the upkeep is not the best. It is not the cleanest place (there are stains in the carpet), but it is acceptable to me. If you want to get new toilery each day you need to throw away the used ones otherwise they won't give you a new set. The cleaning crew start their day between 7:30-8:30am so you have to wait till then to get your shampoons etc. The hotel staff is nice and do respnd to your need even though it is slow at times. For the two bedrooms, two breakfast buffet are included. The selection is very basic but it is good enough to get a meal out of it. You have a selection of eggs that is cooked for order.
