Хотел на одличној локацији, има свој паркинг са мало мање капацитета али солидан, особље више него љубазно и посвећено, апартман одличан, све чисто, скромно опремљен али за три звјездице сасвим пристојно и у складу са истим, ресторан одличан храна укусна, има 4 лифта, у односу на цијену и тип хотела све је одлично што га заиста препоручује за боравак гостију.

Пише у опису да је приступачан за ОСИ, мислим колико се сјећам да главни улаз у хотел нема рампу за кориснике колица, осим ако нема негдје са стране.

Interior was alright.

The stay was disappointing mainly because of the check-in experience. Receptionist was very rude and slow at his work. I had to wait around 30 minutes just to get my room because the reception area was overwhelmed by a large group of teachers and children attending some chemistry competition. Situations like this should be anticipated by the hotel management — if large organized groups are expected, there should be at least two receptionists available to handle guests efficiently. Regular guests should not have to suffer because of poor staffing decisions. The whole process was much slower and more uncomfortable than it needed to be. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its organization and reception management, especially during busy events.
