"Excellent hotel could do better on food"

Location was fantastic, room very clean, view from balcony was awesome . Staff very friendly. Absolutely loved it.

Only problem was the food, mostly good, some excellent evening meals. But a couple nights were poor and breaking was on the cool side.

Det var direktläge på strand, nära centrum, fina rena områden, stora varma pooler, en fantastisk lobby me roterande bar och dammar med fiskar och växter

El personal muy simpatico.

No me gustó que hay una zona reservada privada que por lo visto no se puede reservar por booking, de la qie nadie te dice nada y resulta q no puedes accedes a algunos sitios por que no eres VIPS, eso lo veo muy feo por q lo unico que se consigue es diferenciación de clientes, eso no me gusta, si lo llego a saber no voy.

"Enjoyable 3 night stay at a very impresively designed hotel, not suitable for evening entertainment."

Location, external area and room.

The restaurant was not 4 star standard. Staff were not interactive and had little direction. The breakfast was good, by good, plenty of choice and time. The evening meal lacked variety, delays in show cooking, and generally food was luke warm. Due to the design of the main foyer and atrium, the noise during the evening entertainment was excessive. The acoustics are not suitable for loud music, they are like listening to a band or singer in an indoor swimming pool.
