Skvělá lokalita. Pláž hned u hotelu. Vyhřívaný bazén měl 30 stupňů. Strategická poloha pro plánování výletů, autem se dostanete za 45 minut na nejzápadnější či nejvýchodnější část ostrova. Úžasná nabídka alko nápojů v rámci programu all inclusive.

Jelikož na ostrově není pitná voda, tak chybělo, že nedoplňovali každý den při úklidu jednu vodu na pokoj. Tak jako tomu bývá standardem u hotelu vyšší kategorie. Ale voda se dala koupit hned vedle hotelu v minimarketu. Takže žádný problém. Voda byla pouze při příjezdu.

Food is not as good as it use to be

The location is unbeatable, with a gate leading straight onto the cove beach. The pools are salt water and are 30 degrees so comfortable warm as soon as you get in. The rooms were nice, with a lovely sea view and were mostly clean. The restaurant staff were lovely...so friendly and remembered our drink and seating preferences. The central atrium reception area was stunning with a bar in the middle and entertainment on each evening...it was just a lovely place to hang out. The salad bar was fresh and plentiful and all the food was constantly topped up, and there was always plenty of fresh fruit available. Despite the negatives I have listed below...I would definitely go back again.

The rooms were advertised on Booking.com as having bathtubs, which was quite a deciding factor for me...but I was disappointed to find the bathrooms only had showers. It was annoying to find that the hotel didn't enforce the rules about putting towels on sunloungers and then going out all morning! It all started from 6 or 7am with all the best spots quickly filled up with towels marking people's places. Although the salad and pasta bars were excellent, and there were usually potatoes available, the veg dishes usually had milk/eggs/butter so not suitable for vegans and there was very little in the way of protein choices for vegans. Sometimes there were chickpeas but not always. We ended up buying from the local health food shop and taking our own lentils, beans, vegan cheese and vegan yoghurt into the restaurant to eat with the salads/pasta.

L'emplacement avec vue sur l'océan. Les repas variés et buffet copieux (en demi pension) Le bar avec ses excellents cocktails avec un tarif raisonnable. Le hall qui est magnifique.

La douche qui ne s'evacuait pas correctement et pas d'action malgré une réclamation à l'accueil. Odeurs de la restauration qui remontaient jusqu'au balcon.

Internet was very poor

Struttura veramente affascinante. Camere comode e vista splendida. Anche le cene nell'insieme sono state soddisfacenti considerando che hanno una clientela al 99% inglese!!! Personale di sala e riordino camere perfetto. Al Check in invece siamo rimasti male con una signora che nonostante fossimo sconvolti dal non arrivo totale di tutti i bagagli si è mostrata rigida e molto molto poco empatica. Per questo la valutazione ne risente.

Molto del personale nonostante spagnolo familiarizzare solo e con grande evidenza con il cliente inglese!! Chissà come mai...
