Great location. Some of the staff were lovely. Good entertainment at night and lovely area to sit and enjoy.

Food - luke warm at best often cold. Queues to get in. Some of the staff quite frankly rude !

L'hôtel a respecté mes demandes, étage élevé, lit double, bien ensoleillé, super. Très bien situé, tout près des boutiques e du petit village de Costa Teguise. Bonne animation sans que ce soit gênant.

Nourriture : pas terrible. L'essentiel de la clientèle est Anglais. Les serviettes de toilettes. Trop usées, plus d'éponge, ne sèchent pas, (mais sont changées régulièrement) . Pas digne d'un 4* en chambre supérieure ! Mauvaise connexion internet .

The building is impressive, particularly the full height reception area, ground floor, galleries and bedrooms. All were spotlessly clean and lounge areas and poolside space was plentiful and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The quality and range of food in the buffet restaurant was well below expectations. There was little beef and other medium/ higher range dishes. Cereals at breakfast were limited. There did not appear to be enough staff as it took a long time for plates to be removed between courses.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a true 4-star experience, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The facilities have everything you might need, however the entire property feels very outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms and common areas look old and not well modernized. Breakfast was acceptable, but dinner was disappointing for a hotel of this category. There was very little variety, and the quality did not match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The entertainment program was also quite poor and repetitive. The staff experience was mixed. Some employees, especially in the restaurant and parts of the bar service, were friendly and helpful. However, I had a negative experience with other bar staff members who were not welcoming or professional. Overall, this was not the level of comfort or service I expected, and unfortunately it is not a place I would choose to return to.

The hotel was really lovely. The rooms were nice and clean. It was in a great location. Food wasn't as good as expected.

La nourriture proposée le soir n'est pas au niveau d'un établissement comme celui ci. La qualité de la viande servie au coin grillade était trop dure voire immangeable. Peu de diversité dans les hors d'oeuvres. Chambre très bien, personnel très bien, amélioration à apporter au restaurant.
