Kyriad Châlons-En-Champagne - Saint-Martin

Great location which was ideal for our touring trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of eating places in close proximity to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and plentiful for any dietary requirement.

Accommodation was adequate for an overnight stay en route.

The location was poor- on a trading estate opposite a Hypermarket and noisy. We had a first floor room only accessible by an exterior staircase - no lift.

Het bed was uitstekend. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en meewerkend.

Ten tijde van mijn verblijf was de airco kort voor het weekend gerepareerd, kennelijk zonder succes want in het weekend was deze weer uitgevallen terwijl het buiten 33 graden was. Daarnaast was de badkamer verouderd wat duidelijk zichtbaar was doch men probeerde het wel goed schoon te houden.

On arrival at about 3pm I was told the reception was closed, so waited about 30 min for it to open and allocate me a room. The room I had was on the top floor the air conditioning only blew warm air I estimate the room temp about 26c. The night before I stayed at Kyriad - L'Isle D'Abeau Bourgoin Jallieu, a much better property at less cost.

Chambre un peu petite mais bien équipée. Lit confortable avec oreiller à mémoire de forme. Bon petit -déjeuner
