Old worn furniture and kitchen and bathroom need to be remodeled

The property location was terrific with great views of beach and ocean. The problem was that there is no air conditioning at all and the real problem was that the fact it was not communicated until after the fact. It was hot this weekend and when we got there the room was very hot and when we called the property no answer. There were directions there to keep doors and windows open for air flow. There were 5 Walmart box fans only 2 worked but there were 2 portable heaters, they worked. If Hotels.com was aware of no cooling and does not disclose shame on them. Texted the property again no response. The heat made it unbearable and a great view only has so much value. The window shades in room were not all working, have pics, so you can not close to block when the afternoon sun is baking the room. Now the beds.. Come on guys, I have had newer, better beds in a $29 a night hole. Did I mention the view was great and location is great.

View of beach & access to it was fabulous. Condo was very pretty but could use a refresh. Still we had a blast and would definitely return. Well worth the price

the property's ocean view was amazing but the condo itself is pretty old and needs some upgrade with blankets and the look inside. It had alot of rust too. Also would of been nice to know that there is no Air Conditioning in the condo we would liked to have known before booking. We were very hot when we arrived but after that we were somewhat ok not too comfortable. Beds were hard on back and body.

Location was great. Right on the beachfront walk and easy access to the beach. Close to several shops and food. The unit we rented itself could use some updating and minor repairs.

The room was really outdated. The bathtub did not drain properly. Towel exchange, soap, TP, etc. was a problem. On the happy side, the view was amazing and the room had beach chairs and boogie boards for use. The desk staff were very friendly.

This place wins on location. I stayed in condo #304 and it was an ok condo. It does need work especially the bathroom (shower fixtures to be precise) and new windows screens for the bedroom. They are old and very dirty. Kitchen, I would have appreciated for some foil paper, ziplock bags and/or even small taper ware. Suggestions: I would have definitely like some beach towels, couple of detergent pods for laundry. I know the property sells it but it is usually included or at least it was when I rented places in Montauk and Virginia Beach. It would have been helpful. In any case, I wasn’t completely disappointed with the condo but it could have been better.

The view from the condo on this place and the proximity to the beach is amazing… but that’s all it had going for it. The management is terrible. We came in after hours and security had no clue how to check us in, they actually told us to leave and try somewhere else…um, no, we paid for a room so you need to call someone and figure it out. His manager had no clue what to do so I waited with 2 crying children in the car at 2 AM while they scrambled around with really no intention of helping. At this point, Motel 6 seemed more appealing and I probably should have went with my gut on that. After the incompetent security guard found a giant envelope with my name on it and we got to our room (this was 45 min after we arrived, took that long), our room was crap. We paid for the deluxe, but a tent in the parking garage would have been cleaner. “Updated covid cleaning” my butt. I found a dirty baby bottle behind the night stand, paint chipping in my “luxurious” bath tub, the internet only worked in certain parts of the house and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet, so a movie wasn’t an option. The carpet was never cleaned or cleaned with fresh dirt and hair perhaps. The decor was old and didn’t even match. The pull out couch didn’t have linens, not to mention it was broken I’m the middle so it felt like we were inching our way up a roller coaster the whole night. Proper cleaning supplies weren’t provided and the best part you ask? The management didn’t give a crap.
