Very clean room and comfi bed. Hotel is situated in a nice and vibrant neighbourhood (but pretty far from downtown - which I didn’t mind), with lots of restaurants and such right around the corner. Not far to walk to metro station. Very nice and helpful staff.

Overall, I felt this was overpriced, probably due to marathon. Very loud train tracks right next to building, trains could be heard (and felt) even from room facing the otherwise quiet residential street. Generall not very well soundproofed. No real breakfast was provided, basically just snacks. Almost no water pressure in shower.

Great stay, felt safe.

Convenient location, lovely room, and I appreciated having an option for parking. Staff were friendly, check in and out was super easy. A little pricey but I can’t complain, it was exactly what I needed for a quick overnight to see a show in Wicker Park.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I guess I wish I would have known about the extra $45 for parking upon making my reservation. Also, the staff person showed us where breakfast would be. It set up an expectation for breakfast. There was stale bakery and a bowl of fruit. I was a little embarrassed for your establishment. If it were me, I’d suggest if people would like coffee in the morning (there also was no cream or milk), go and be pleasantly surprised by a bowl of fruit. Leave the bakery out if it’s not going to be decent. All in all, it’s a nice establishment, just be up front with what people can expect.

Maybe the single worst, and single most overpriced, hotel experience of my life.

It was an expensive $2,000+ stay, but since I had to be in Wicker park for family and there were 3 of us I booked a one bedroom with a pull out couch, but it had a kitchen etc. nice right? no!! it ended up being in a basement with a walk down into a dirty dark entrance with webs and bugs all over... there was even an opening on the side of the stairs that someone could just pop right on down without anyone noticing (the other side of stairs was covered for safety but not the other side?) we were 3 ladies, no man with us so I literally slept with a wooden bench against the door. and that bench was full of webs and had not been cleaned in who knows how long?The entrance was not cleaned or even looked like it gets cleaned for bugs/spiders which we found a big black one and smaller ones during our stay. It states on the card in the bathroom that towels get renewed every other day, but after the 3rd day we had to call and ask for more and no cleaning what so ever or even picking up the old towels from us.. no housekeeping at all during our 4 day stay and when the front lady showed us our room it was so quick for her to get out she didn't show us anything for the room "there's a book on the desk with information" we could not find any ac thermostat and it got a little warm and there were no windows to open. I 100% do not recommend booking this room at all!

Loved the spot. It was a quick walk to the Damien stop and local eateries. The accommodations are nice (clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable). We stayed in the Paulina Queen which is right beside the kitchen and has the train tracks on the backside. However, neither of these bothered us. My husband (heavy sleeper) and I (moderate sleeper) did not get woken up by the train (we also live in a large city so city noises don’t really bother us). We would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would suggest changing is an automated / app entry mechanism. We had to keep up with 2 physical keys (front door and room door) all weekend would not a deter us from booking again.
