Hampton Inn Parsippany

Wonderful reception/easy check-in. The rooms are clean and big. My issue was the security/valet late at night was extremely rude when our Uber dropped us off. Totally unprofessional woman (working Saturday night). Second, the elevators were broken AND the washer/dryer was out of service “for months” according to some of the employees. Terrible.

The person who checked me in was pleasant. The room I was given 1114 was a mess. Seemed room service never cleaned up after the last family there. Beds were a mess. Desk had spilled drinks on it and bathroom was dirty. The lady at the front desk gave me a new room with no issues. Room given to me was a good size. Now the issue. I had a long day and just wanted to freshen up and get going. Didn’t notice the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print but how is this not a necessity in all rooms when traveling? Bathroom toilet is loudddddd when it’s flushed. Wish I could upload the video but it was a long whistling sound. Also the bathroom door frame was broken and rusted. It was an accident and tetanus shot away for someone. Overall I will avoid this particular hotel in the future.

Laundry was out of service, bathroom had dirty tissue on floor, had to pay early check in fee due to previous booking of red roof inn room unavailability . Still waiting on $50 refund deposit for day 2 of Hampton stay.

The whole building is outdated and needs major renovation, especially the bathroom (old plumbing smells like sewage, lots of flies/insects, moldy caulk, etc)

I must say the staff made my stay a 10/10. Very efficient and everyone kept a smile on their face . Definitely my go to hotel now when I am in town.

We had an amazing stay no complaints ! The staff was very helpful, respectful & the rooms were very clean anything we needed they were accommodating.

My experience at the Hampton Inn was amazing for my family and I. My son had an amazing time at the pool, for myself of course the complementary breakfast was great, the staff themselves and their service was awesome, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself was great; definitely will come again.

Great staff! Specifically, Jose and Rayshawn at the front desk made my check in smooth. The outdoor pool is a vibe as well. They have a sitting area with umbrellas for nice shade. I’ve told my friends about this hotel especially the patio rooms that lead to the pool that makes you feel like you’re away on vacation lol

OMG, welcoming staff, great breakfast and a clean room - what more can i ask for? thanks for the great stay! i will be back.
