"Family Room Not Suitable for babies"

Family room was not suitable for babies. Cot could not fit in bedroom. Cleanliness of the top was poor. Staff were friendly.

A terrible location. They had laundry equipment that either didn't work at all or didn't work properly. The location was horrible. There was no concierge. I tried phoning the hotel and it rang about 50 times before I finally hung up. It was raining and they had no umbrella. I've stayed in many hotels and this was the worst.
