Sufficient bath linen seemed to be a task. The property appears to be furnished with mix and match dumpster finds. If it wasn’t so close to DC it would be waaaay overpriced.

The property is decent for the price I paid. The only complaint I have is the huge gap under the front door between the floor and the bottom of the door. It let in light, cold air and any noises. I rolled up a towel and shoved it into the gap and that helped.

"Most bang for your buck"

It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds, great lighting, walking distance to great restaurants and 711. Only complaint is I couldn't take a bath because there was no stopper, and the sink leaked a little, but you can't beat the price, only $85 a night or so. I liked having a smoking room too, and no bugs of course! I would go back there.
