Location is great, weather is perfect, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the beach was much nicer than last year and the turtle release is a bonus. The pool is clean and nice when not filled with very young children which is a bonus if you are travelling with kids and the restaurant is good but a little pricey. Serving food on the beach was wonderful but at sunset, the crowds would stand in the way and block the view. Great location to get to the strip and made it easy to explore the town on foot.

Resort is a little run down; many things were broken or broke when used. Needs serious restoration of railings everywhere on the property, especially on the balconies and staircases. Holes in walls, fixtures in only fair condition. Breakfast had the same food every day which wouldn't be bad if you only spend a couple of days on site. Broken hot tub in room wouldn't have been bad if there was compensation for the lack of the use. Beach is 100% better than last year but still could use some grooming. The pools could be spectacular if the jets were working and water heated. Cleaning service made the beds but did not change the sheets unless asked to and every day shorted us towels.
