El aire acondicionado se le salió el agua e inundó la habitación , la mini refri estaba herrumbrada , desde el balcón había un fuerte olor a tanque séptico y en el restaurante te también , no había plancha de ropa

"De regular a bien"

Tiene una buena ubicación, en pocos minutos podés estar en el centro de Jacó caminando. Piscinas muy bien, limpias, con un nivel de cloro que no irrita los ojos. Camas cómodas.

1-Reservamos habitación superior con 2 camas dobles, al llegar nos envian a una habitación con una sola cama. Al hacer el reclamo, nos dicen que no tienen habitaciones con camas dobles, solo nos ofrecen una habitación con una cama doble y una sencilla, nos tocó aceptar. La excusa que dieron, que hay nueva administración y que booking no está actualizado con lo que realmente tienen disponible. 2-No ofrecen sombrillas para los huéspedes que quieren estar en la playa, si querés sombra, te toca alquilar las sombrillas. 2-La zona que circunda el hotel no se siente segura para caminar si es de noche, es muy oscura y deambulan indigentes. 3-El algún momento se percibía un olor a cloaca proveniente del alcantarillado cercano al hotel. 4-El desayuno al ser buffet no cuidaron la temperatura, practicamente lo sirven tibio. Además la frutas quedan expuestas a la moscas pues solo las tapan con un plástico. 5-Wifi de las habitaciones de regular calidad, no puedes ver reels porque se pega. 6-Oferta de canales de TV pobre y no tienen smart tvs para ver streaming.
