If I book a king room I expect a king room. Couldn’t do the online check in because it only offered me a queen room. Upon check in was told there are no king rooms available. When I complained the front desk girl and manager made it sound like I was being ungrateful for them changing my reservation to a queen room. The room I got stuck in was very outdated and worn down and the sink and tub didn’t drain properly. Will not be staying there again.
