-localisation à proximité immédiate de la plage -chambres jumelles -petit déjeuner

-fenêtre du couloir qui ne ferme pas (ouverte toute la nuit, dans la tempête - donc bruyant) -comportement inapproprié de la personne de l'accueil quand elle répond au téléphone (elle semble oublier que les clients qui ne sont pas au bout du fil, mais devant elle, peuvent observer son manque de respect)
