Le lit est confortable et la chambre est propre

Depuis des années je faisais du Provençal, une étape incontournable de mes allers et retours entre Nord/sud de la France, même lorsque le restaurant à fermé ses portes durant ses travaux. Cette année quelle déception ! L’accueil à l’arrivée fut glacial, quasi mal-aimable. J’ai été témoin d’altercations entre le personnel, le repas du soir n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que j’avais connu les années passées : la pièce de bœuf était d’une épaisseur égale à une tranche de jambon et super cuite malgré ma commande. Seule la générosité du petit déjeuner et l’amabilité du personnel du restaurant relèvent la note. Je chercherai donc une autre Etablissement d’étape.
