Good location at the edge of downtown, overlooking a nice hill, creek and local subtropical vegetation and a pool. Beautiful garden with a nice pool, well maintained. The breakfast restaurant, service and food is very good, very enjoyable and very quick.

Noisy a bit, at the least the rooms facing the street, sound insulating windows would help. Also, having a better captain up in the bar & restaurant on the fifth floor who checks service, the music volume - in the order words, the details of the environment, could also be improved.
