El desayuno, la ubicación.

Que el agua de la regadera donde decía F (frío) era la calienta y donde dice la C (Caliente) era la fría, hasta hablé a recepción preguntando si había agua caliente y me comentaron que si, después de media hora de estar esperando que saliera el agua caliente, fue que abrí donde decía F (frío) y fue que salió el agua caliente, está invertido.

Las instalaciones son bonitas y cómodas, la ambientación natural y la vista a la parte selvática es excelente. El servicio y los alimentos son muy buenos.

Las líneas de separación de los lugares de estacionamiento son surcos, no son líneas pintadas. Al bajar del automóvil pise la orilla del surco, me torcí el tobillo y me caí al piso, son peligrosas. Al hacer mi reservación pedí una habitación doble con 2 camas, y me dieron una habitación con una cama, solicité el cambio pero ya no había disponibilidad, mi familiar durmió en el sofá.

El ruido de los carritos de limpieza se escuchan mucho y el sonido del radio los tienen a muy alto volumen pero es algo que se puede solucionar 😅

Muy lindas instalaciones y vistas, el jardín y alberca preciosos, se ve que está recién remodelado, limpio y cómodo.

Quizás había poco staff pero es entendible ya que era Navidad, así que no hay ninguna queja.
