We choose an American name brand hotel, thinking we will get American quality. Good. Center location, security guard at parking lot, friendly staff Bad. Not hot water in any room, small beds, no pool outdated. American brand, American rates, Not American quality.

Someone tried to get into my room at midnight. Luckily I had the deadbolt set. That stopped their attemp but the made a rattle and woke me up. When they realized the deadbolt was on they quickly stopped. I have no idea who this was.

"Nice service, but beds are too rigid "

My wife and I spend a night, We reserved through Expedia in the evening and everything was quick, unfortunately the beds are are too rigid, the staff told us that is a common complaint, and they provided additional covers to help, but it was not totally comfortable. The breakfast is good and it well located, close to metro center
