Posizione ottima e camere spaziose in un contesto georgiano di grande fascino. Peccato per la gestione del cliente, decisamente non all'altezza: ho scelto questo hotel specificamente per il parcheggio, ma nonostante due email di richiesta informazioni rimaste senza risposta, ho dovuto scoprire solo al check-in l'esistenza di una procedura tramite app da attivare prima di entrare nel garage. Sentirsi rispondere un vago 'mi dispiace' dopo aver ignorato i miei tentativi di contatto non è carino. Ottima la struttura, ma il servizio clienti è da rivedere.
