The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had different options each morning with plenty to choose from.

When I turned my bed down there were some dirty spots on the comforter. Staff immediately showed and and changed the comforter.

My children LOVE this pool area and beg to come once a year, we will be coming more in the future. The breakfast is also great.

I'd love a nicer shower.

I liked that it was pretty quiet and easy to navigate. Most of the staff were friendly.

The pool was misleading, we thought there was a full-sized pool and it only goes up to 3ft and overall cleanliness fell well below expectations. The pool water was YELLOW! The room, especially the bathroom, was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was noticeable pink soap scum buildup on the showerhead, which clearly needs to be either replaced or thoroughly deep cleaned. The shower curtain was also in poor condition and appeared unclean, raising concerns that it may not be changed regularly between guests. I requested fresh bedding, but instead of replacing the sheets, housekeeping simply remade the bed using the same linens. I could tell because a small coffee stain I had accidentally made was still there when I returned. Additionally, the kitchen area needs significant improvement in hygiene. Surfaces were not properly cleaned, and both the coffee/hot chocolate station and oatmeal area were unclean and unappealing. Overall, there are clear issues with cleanliness and attention to detail that need to be addressed immediately.

Great stay with young children!

Beds need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great!
