Spacious and comfortable

Always friendly staff.

Room was a bit dirty, the bins weren't emptied by cleaners and toilet was bit dirty and there was hair on the towels.

I did not use the room

They said that they left the key inside the box, they were lying, we checked the box upon arriving, the key was not there..

Secure underground parking. Close to where we had to be. Very comfy beds. Kitchenette.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Funky smell in apartment, probably due to previous cooks airfryer.

Great room for my needs

Bathroom very cold no heating in bathroom will be cold in winter no lock on bathroom door.

The location, the staff member was helpful and the after hour code to get in.

The air con/ heater didn’t work in the room and it was cool for my family.
