Cleaniness of the hotel. Friendly staff

I made reservations and was told I had until June 13 to make modifications. As we didn’t have times yet for a competition, we booked the dates we thought we needed with the knowledge the dates could be adjusted until the 13th. Now we are being told by the manager we can’t change them, only cancel the entire reservation. If we do this competition in the future, I absolutely will not even look at this hotel. I feel like they did a bait and switch on us.

The room was very clean! It smelled clean! The customer service front desk Byron and his kitchen and bar staff were amazing and welcoming also Very professional

Jessica at the front desk. I don’t think I can never forget her. Professionalism, warmth and friendliness. The breakfast to order was perfect, small bar but they mix drinks perfectly. The room was clean and presentable. I am in love with this hotel. The only negative Was the salmon dinner, was not great but I am very particular how I cook my salmon, May not be a fair criticism

The property was fine, I’ve stayed many times.

The staff member Byron was totally rude on two occasions. First when I misbooked my stay he kept repeating himself over and over that he couldn’t help me as if I didn’t understand what he was explaining, which I did. Second, I called late in the evening to get the times of the shuttle pick up and he said “Hilton has no shuttle” so I said bus pick up and he said “there is a difference between a shuttle and a bus”. Hilton has no bus or shuttle service. The result of the conversation was that I had to get dressed and go downstairs to see the time of the shuttle pick up at 11pm. He is a total smart mouth and completely ruined my impression that your establishment has such great hospitality, which is why I stay there twice a year. I won’t be back.

Location is close to highpoint and lots of restaurants

Breakfast was mediocre

The room was clean. Lots of kids in the the breakfast area. We were unable to eat or feed the kids.. Grabbed an orange and out the door. Do not pay for breakfast then not be able to enjoy or able to sit down to eat.
