How close it was to work

The staff is never in the office and never picks up the phones. There's no tyrn down service. You have to pay to use washer and dryer. You have to personally bring down soiled linen and towels in order to get clean ones

Elevators were not working. Manager said tech had just left fixing the elevator but it was broken again.

"WoodSpring offers a quiet,confortable resting place"

WoodSpring was a very comfy place. They are doing some renovations, just added a gym and a table area. I did not use the laundry facilities. The staff was nice and helpful. The common areas were always clean. I liked the set up of the room as well.
