Very easy location for an out of towners. 5 minutes to a great Denny’s. That first night easy going staff easy access to a room soft beds 4 pillows thank for a good stay. O and check your records I booked an additional nights. Staff wonderful housekeeping front desk general manager. Every one deserves a raise. You got most brutal answer I can think of

It was nice that the reception was able to extend my stay as needed. We drove to San Antonio to visit the River Walk and rode a boat with tour guide at Go Rio. We ate at Pullmans market in the Pearl District and it was excellent; fresh pressed juices, delicious bakery with amazing pastries and cookies and fresh baked bread, plus so much more.

No turnover service. Stayed 4 days and the bed was never re-made, could not find anyone to trade out towels when the housekeeper could have knocked in the morning to trade towels at the room. We needed more garbage bags after we brought the trash out but never got any. The manager suggested Salado would be nice to visit but I disagree, the people there were rough around the edges to say the least and there wasn’t anything to do. The microwave didn’t work.
