It is always clean, the staff is always professional and nice, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very nice and welcoming, they have a great pool area with a hot tub, and I love that the hotel serves both breakfast and dinner everyday.

Maybe having a seating area out front.

I did not agree with the micro-monitoring of the pool area while trying to enjoy some leisure time with my family. The staff came around with a checklist questioning as if they didn’t believe we didn’t have a room. They charged my card at 11:03 pm which luckily declined because it was locked. I called guest services to figure out what the charge was about and they said they didn’t know of anything it could have been. There were stains on the sheets and bathroom walls had poop smear on it. After checking out, there was an additional charge added as well as the printed receipt stating that there were 3 adults and 3 children when there were only two adults and my kids which I informed the front desk of when checking in.
