Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah

I prepaid the room and the staff charged me an additional $235 for some unknown reason. The staff assured me the charge did not go through, it did. The staff said it would come off my card in a few days. It did not. They then proceeded to ask for another $25 incidental hold.

Not even sure where to start. Ice machine was not working. No fan in restroom for shower steam, etc. The room itself was okay. Hotels anymore are basically $200 a night minimum a night. Ridiculous, if not for my kids I would rather save the $ and sleep in my car or get an air bnb

I asked for early check in and late check out and they worked with me greatly on that.

Less than 30 minutes to Seatac airport. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool not so clean so we decided not to use it but the restaurant was convenient and delicious and the breakfast buffet was great, as was the made to order breakfast!!

Friendly staff, clean room. The only downside, which I tolerated for the night, was a mini-fridge that was humming loudly. I would suggest replacing it (room 329). Other than that, everything was very pleasant about the property, room and staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, easy parking. Stayed several days for work with some work elsewhere and some work from my room, was very comfortable and suited my needs.
